Mary Celeste?

This one really caught my eye. We were walking past this beachside cafe and I spotted this scene. What happened here? Was it the food quality? Was it the Cafe's ambience that offended? The owners of the food and the full cup were nowhere to be seen.

It might be worth reading the sign ;)
